J.B. Downie joined Fidelity National Title as a sales executive in 2016
With over 21 years of industry experience and knowledge, J.B. Downie attended Northwest Nazarene University in 1994 where he received his degree in Business Administration. During his time at the University, he attained his Real Estate license which led him into the industry. J.B. practiced real estate in Idaho and Washington for roughly 19 years.
Managing business operations and processes are just some of J.B.’s many strengths. He focuses on relationship building and marketing strategies while staying up to date with the latest tools and trends in our forever growing and
changing market.
J.B. is devoted to helping our local communities grow and thrive through varies outlets, including being involved in youth sports programs. Some of J.B.’s favorite activities include boating, golfing, and coaching his kid’s sports teams. He enjoys spending time relaxing and being outdoors with his wife Rachelle and their three children.

Carl Withroe is an attorney at Mooney Wieland PLLC in Boise. He specializes in appellate, constitutional, and regulatory litigation. Carl is a proud graduate of the University of Oregon, even though they can’t seem to figure out how to beat Boise State in football. As a kid, Carl enjoyed playing in the dirt and wanted to be an astronaut or drive log trucks when he grew up. In college, he played football, and didn’t get on the field too much, but he still had fun. Now, he still likes to play in the dirt and really has fun watching his daughter play soccer. He and his daughter and his wife have a dog named Sandra Dog O’Connor, who they just call Poppy.

Batman. He gets to use lots of cool tools and drives an awesome car.

My daughter’s soccer team and the Boise State Broncos! They have the coolest tee dog.
